1) What is the turn around time for special orders in specific ring sizes ?

We take 2 weeks to turn around special orders. Incase there is a model change we require 3 weeks.

2) What is the turn around time for production orders?

For a first time roll-out on a production orders, we require 6 weeks from the date of the order.
For all subsequent re-orders, we require a four week turn around.

3) What is the minimum quantity for a sample order?

A minimum of 5 pcs of each sku have to be ordered for samples.

4) Are there any product development charges for exclusive product development projects?

Yes, there is a model making charge involved. It is based on our actual cost of developing
the model. For a detailed rate card, please contact us.

5) If, an exclusive product development project is executed, will the designs be treated as exclusive
to the customer?

Yes, if an exclusive product development project is executed, we do not showcase these pcs in
our line.

6) What is the time frame to complete a product development project?

We would need 8 weeks to complete a product development project.

7) Does Kama manufacture jewellery using nickel free gold & are there any additional charges involved
for this?

Yes, we do use a nickle free alloy as per the European standards and there are no additional charges involved.

8) Does Kama manufacture palladium jewellery?

Yes, we do manufacture palladium jewellery. Pricing for the same will be available on request.

9) Does Kama offer certification options for jewellery manufactured?

      Yes, we can certify any product manufactured with the following labs:
        IGI
        GSI
        EGL
        Gem Scan
        Charges for the same are applicable as per a price list available on request.

10) Which shows would Kama be exhibiting at ?

11) What diamond qualities does Kama offer?

We work in various qualities across the board from VVS1 F color goods to SI to
I1 to I3 in full cuts & we also offer single cuts in 4 qualities.
